Biological extra virgin olive oil

This oil is totally chemical free and is constantly monitored from the minute work begins in the groves where the well-being of the trees and all that surrounds them is fundamental. The aim is to create a perfect symbiosis between the plants and the animals living in this environment. And finally, the harvesting by hand and the cold pressing method play their part in producing a biological extra virgin oil with unique organoleptic characteristics which has never been contaminated by chemicals or anti-parasitic substances.

TASTE:

The flavour of times gone by, of uncontaminated nature, which offers a harmonious balance containing both hints of grass and spices.
